Whole Roasted Pig Menu On-Site:
ALL COOKING IS DONE ON KINGSFORD CHARCOAL AT EVENT SITE! We will arrive 3-8 hours prior to serving time (depending on the menu). We will carve the pig, provide a mild tomato base BBQ sauce, Mobile “Pig-Nic’s” own spicy vinegar sauce, and a variety of hot sauces. Servers, serving tables with table covers, and decorations are provided for the serving line. Any leftover food will be left with the customer.
Our Roasted Pig Menu includes Home Style Potato Salad, Fresh Chopped Cole Slaw, Smoke House Baked Beans, and a Chunky Cinnamon Apple Sauce. We also include Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls, Hamburger Buns (for those who would like a BBQ Sandwich), Plates, Napkins and Plastic Ware! **You may substitute sides, please look at our sides items page!!
